Seating & Timing:
To create a more relaxed and enjoyable experience, buffet access will begin at 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The performance will begin approximately one hour after doors open, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your meal before the show begins.

Seating Information:
Tables T1–T10 will have chairs for seats 1–6 and benches for seats 7–12.

Come for the food, stay for the show, and enjoy a memorable morning of music and Broadway entertainment.

Ticket Policies

All ticket sales are final – no refunds will be issued.

Online Ticket sales will close 1-2 hours prior the performance. If the performance is not sold out tickets will still be available at the door.

Any request for a change of seats must be made and finalized prior to 24 hours before the performance. All requests must be made by email to sales @ soararts.org, we will not be able to exchange seats at performances.

Please purchase seats directly next to previously booked tickets to avoid leaving single empty seats between groups. We reserve the right to adjust seating arrangements as needed to accommodate additional parties.

If you are unable to attend the performance, please note you have the option to utilize the amount paid as a tax-deductible donation. Please email us at sales @ soararts.org to request your donation receipt.

During performance weekend, emails will be answered within 24 hours.

*A $25.00 fee will be applied for returned checks. A $25 fee will apply for any credit card disputes, additional fees charged to SOAR due to a credit card dispute will also be the responsibility of the card holder.
